Is writing a performing art or a fine art?

answers1: If you mean 'Writing' as in being a author or writing a book
that is a 'Fine Art'. Performing arts is when you have to perform them
and writing a book is not performing.
answers2: Judging from some of the WRITTEN REPORTS and JOB
APPLICATIONS that I see. I would say the WRITING is a LOST ART

answers4: It is Literary, Journalistic, or Communication Arts. (Not
'Liberal.') The part of being 'arts' would apply to skill level and
refinement, as opposed to being just artistic in expression of the
Visual Arts. <br>

In the Performing Arts (physical/ dance/musical/acting, etc.
interpretations) it could be playwright or screenwriter as a subtitle.

So, in reference to the (scholastic) degrees as having 'Letters'. The
levels of either History, Literature and the Sciences. As 'of Arts
in...'. <br>

A mixture of academic and professional entitlements. According to
either achievements or experience. <br>

live audience, then it would be a performing art.
