I'm in college. 5'9" 190 lbs. I have to lose 25-35 lbs, and become slightly toned. fastest way to get it plz?

Teodoro Lamond: What works for me is this: eat less food more frequently and get more active. Fencing is a great way to break a sweat, but you need to keep sweating. I suggest biking or running if you are up to it. Frequent eating tends to push your metabolism up which means you will burn more calories and store less. Weight training helps as well, as muscle burns fat even while you are resting; more muscle = more fat burned. Your girlfriend will appreciate a cut physique as well!

Bruno Galasso: change your diet to cut down on sweets and carbs. build more muscles by lifting heavier weights. muscles burn more calories than fat. the more muscles you have the more calories you burn.
