Kenneth Thuesen: usually costume stores and party stores (even stores like walmart and target) have witch costume makeup...but you could paint your face and ugly green color...add a mole and put it on your nose!!
Shaquita Wernicki: try some black or orange eyeliner on the bottom waterline and some flashy fake eyelashes. also maybe some glitter and black/orange/red/etc. lipstick
Clay Lipira: It depends. Good witch or Bad witch.Good witches usually wear light colors. Uh, pink, green, purples, blues.Bad witches wear darker colors. Blacks and Reds. Put a mole on you cheek.

Indira Wassell: make a huge Mole on your nose. Wear dark makeup. And a huge wizard hat w/ a broom.

Fritz S! isomphou: Put green face paint all over your face, draw a black dot on your nose and chin to make moles, and put some black marks on your face. (optional)
Stanton Degregorio: I would go with dark eye shadows, point your eye brows, maybe black lipstick and black eye liner. I do so much better with dracula then witches.
